Harrison Mutikanga&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee aimed to receive updates on three key issues:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 River Diversion and Spillway Inspection: Ensuring the river diversion is undertaken to &nbsp;facilitate a thorough inspection of the spillway under safe working conditions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Master Completion Schedule: Finalizing a detailed schedule outlining activities and &nbsp;actions required to complete outstanding works.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Comprehensive All Risk Insurance: Obtaining insurance coverage in accordance with &nbsp;the project\u2019s EPPCC (Employer\u2019s Project Procurement Control Committee) &nbsp;requirements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These issues are critical to addressing the plant\u2019s operational challenges and ensuring &nbsp;the safety and integrity of the dam.
