The event brought together stakeholders to explore the theme \u201cEthics as a &nbsp;Tool for Value Creation and Organizational Sustainability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Keynote Speakers were Mrs. Allen Kagina Former Executive Director, of Uganda National &nbsp;Roads Authority, who delivered a keynote presentation on ethics, emphasizing principles and &nbsp;values that drive organizational sustainability, and Mr. Vincent Seruma Organizational &nbsp;Development and Change Management Consultant, who shared insights on understanding &nbsp;organizational culture and ethics, highlighting the impact of ethical values on organizational &nbsp;morale, teamwork, and job satisfaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ag. CEO, Eng.
