UEGCL\u2019s presence underscored how reliable electricity generation undergirds essential services, from health delivery and education to digital platforms and economic activity. UEGCL highlighted its recent commissioning of the 600 MW Karuma Hydropower Station in&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>September 2024, currently the country\u2019s largest project and a key pillar in boosting our\u00a0 generation capacity and reliability. Through its showcase, UEGCL reinforced its alignment with\u00a0 national development strategies, emphasizing infrastructure modernization, equity in service\u00a0 provision, and institutional resilience.
