Today, UEGCL’s Chief Projects Manager, Eng. Isaac Arinitwe chaired the constructability study kickoff meeting at the Nalubaale Boardroom. The session brought together key stakeholders, including Board Member Mr. Julius Wamala N, the UEGCL team, Zutari consultants, EU delegates, MEMD, EIB, AFD, and UETCL officials.
The discussions focused on:

• Contract objectives, scope & terms of reference.
• Review of critical project information.
• Operational challenges & risk assessment.
• Expected project outcomes.
