Terms & Conditions

1. TERMS

The person hiring the vehicle must deposit a photocopy of either his/her valid driver’s license or identification card depending on the owner’s discretion. He/she will also be accountable for any traffic offenses during this period.

2. PAYMENTS

Hire and/or other charges shall be paid to the Owner and all payments before delivery of the car.

3. CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE

The person hiring the vehicle acknowledges that he/she has examined the car and it is in good satisfactory working condition.
If the vehicle becomes totally or partially destroyed, the person that hired the car will pay for all damages.
At the expiry of this Agreement, the vehicle shall be returned to the owner in good satisfactory condition except for reasonable wear and tear.

4. ASSIGNMENT

The person hiring the vehicle shall not transfer, assign, or sublet the vehicle to any person
without the authorization of the owner.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the owner and the person hiring.
No oral agreements have been entered into, and all modifications or notices shall be in writing to be valid.
