Strengthen public-private partnerships for urban sanitation. Integrate climate resilience into national WASH policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observers noted the timing aligns with Uganda\u2019s <strong>2024 Water Sector Performance Report<\/strong>, which revealed a 15% increase in borehole functionality but persistent gaps in refugee-hosting districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister emphasized cross-sectoral collaboration, citing ongoing projects like the <strong>$500 million Lake Victoria WASH Initiative<\/strong> (funded by the World Bank).
