In line with this, the <strong>Client Service Charter<\/strong> serves as a social contract between the Ministry and its service users, outlining clear service delivery standards and how citizens can hold the Ministry accountable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What This Charter Represents:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A promise of transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism in service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A declaration of the standards the public has the right to expect from the Ministry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tool for strengthening trust between MWE and its stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grievance Redress Mechanism:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a member of the public is dissatisfied with any service, decision, or behavior of Ministry staff or associated project implementers, the Ministry has a structured grievance handling process designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Receive<\/strong> and record complaints clearly and respectfully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investigate<\/strong> each grievance impartially and thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respond<\/strong> within defined timelines as per the charter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resolve<\/strong> issues fairly, with the goal of improving service delivery and restoring trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Grievances can be submitted through various channels including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-person at MWE offices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email or official correspondence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online submission via the Ministry website (where available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggestion\/complaint boxes at service points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All complaints are treated with confidentiality and dignity, and no person will be victimized for lodging a grievance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grievance Handling The Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) is committed to providing high-quality services that meet the expectations of its clients and the public.
