BHF aims to develop and implement practical solutions to food and nutrition challenges in the Busoga sub-region and beyond. Solving nutrition challenges requires advanced application of nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions, as well as intensive strengthening of our partners\u2019 capacity to apply effective interventions at scale. BHF\u2019s systems-based approach, informed by the WHO guidelines is grounded in BHF\u2019s superior technical expertise coupled with BHF\u2019s strong use of analytics and data, and our innovative strategies to dismantle barriers to change found in Busoga systems and community behaviours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group mb-5\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group acservices\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column align-self-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Approach<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, BHF implements a comprehensive and client-centered approach in the management and promotion of good nutrition for adults and children. BHF integrates nutrition components within&nbsp;HIV and AIDS care and treatment&nbsp;and designs holistic programs for&nbsp;mothers, newborns, and children. Further, BHF work addresses clinical management and community health worker performance and support.
